SAN ANTONIO -- Danny Green had 17 points and the San Antonio Spurs had a season-high 16 3-pointers, rolling past the Cleveland Cavaliers 126-96 on Saturday night for their 10th straight victory. Patty Mills had 15 points, Tony Parker added 12 points and Tiago Splitter and Marco Belinelli each had 10 points for San Antonio (12-1), which tied the best start in franchise history. The Spurs never trailed while scoring a season high in points. Andrew Bynum had 16 points, Kyrie Irving added 15 points, Matthew Dellavedova had 14 points and Dion Waiters 11 for Cleveland (4-10).
